Formación

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en funciones de marketing en empresas B2B del sector de productos de consumo.
  • Experiencia en análisis de tendencias del mercado y datos de insights de consumidores.
  • Fluido en inglés, tanto oral como escrito.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar investigaciones sobre datos de mercado y tendencias del consumidor.
  • Desarrollar y presentar insights sobre el mercado de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Gestionar proveedores y asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales promocionales.

Marketing Coordinator, your future role?

As a Marketing Coordinator of our Taste & Wellbeing business in Mexico, you will support our Sales area and other projects teams to produce imaginative and expert solutions for client briefs. You will identify and share market and consumer information and trends to translate them into strategic opportunities for Givaudan and our customers, creating and delivering impactful presentations and prototypes to boost our business strategies.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work on-site 4 days a week in our corporate offices located in San Angel, Ciudad de México, and one day from home a week. You will also visit clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Market research & trends analysis

  • Perform research of market data, statistics and consumer trends at global, regional and local level, to provide information to customers.
  • Provide support to customer understanding and consumer insights.
  • Analyse and measure market and category potential.

Presentations and customer visits

  • Develop and deliver presentations related to new trends and consumer understanding and insights of the food and beverages market.
  • Visit customers, prepare content and product-related activities.
  • Organize special events (E.g.: Taste Solutions Symposium).

Data analysis

  • Analyse new product introductions and identify successful ones to create comprehensive reports.
  • Analyse information, statistics and consumer trends, compile it into presentation format for direct use by Sales or Marketing at customer visits.

Vendors

Manage vendors and ensure promotional materials availability.

Communication

  • Share information of trends presentations and best practices among our teams to produce new business opportunities with our customers.
  • Create a connection with our customers' marketing area to be aligned with their strategy from the beginning of the projects with them.

You?

Your professional profile must include:

  • University degree in Foods Engineering, Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing functions in B2B companies of the consumer products industry. Flavors industry experience will be strongly valued.
  • Experience analyzing market trends and consumer market insights data, integrating information to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding.
  • Experience developing and delivering marketing strategies and presentations internally and to external clients.
  • Fluent English, both oral and written.
  • Experience using tools such as Euromonitor, Global Data, Mintel, or Canva.
