Beiersdorf is seeking a MU Marketing Controller to act as a finance business partner for local Marketing teams across multiple affiliates. The role involves analyzing marketing investments, coordinating budget planning, and ensuring financial stability while supporting strategic evaluations. Ideal candidates will have a university degree in Finance or related fields and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• At least 3 years in finance controlling areas.
• High skills in MS Office, especially Excel.

Your Tasks

• Analyze efficiency of marketing investments and generate insight-based proposals for future investment allocations.
• Analyze product assortment efficiency and provide recommendations for future assortment portfolio.
• Support strategic evaluations of business opportunities and product (re-)launches by providing structured, ROI-based financial assessment.
• Coordinate the marketing budget planning and steering processes across all MU affiliates and act as guardian of the marketing budget planning tool.
• Ensure financial stability by delivering high-quality marketing budget accruals, and timely and correct reporting of relevant investment bucket details.
• Co-create modern planning and reporting tools to support marketing business steering.
• Conduct internal audit tasks to evaluate internal process and compliance risks, propose corrective actions and drive their implementation.
  
  

Your Profile

• University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years in finance controlling areas.
• High skills in MS Office (specially excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and collaborative working style.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
