Bilingual Content Specialist (Spanish/English)

Location: On site (Querétaro) | Department: Marketing | Seniority: Mid-level

We’re looking for a Written Content Specialist to create and manage high-performing, localized content that drives traffic, builds brand visibility, and generates leads across Spanish-speaking markets. The ideal candidate has strong experience in copywriting, content strategy, SEO, and digital advertising. Experience in B2B SaaS or the business software industry is a plus.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, write, and optimize compelling Spanish-language content across various formats: blogs, ads, e-books, landing pages, product pages, video scripts, and more.
  • Translate and localize English content to resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences in Latin America and Spain.
  • Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure messaging accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Use CMS platforms to update and publish optimized content with a strong SEO focus.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools to grow organic traffic.
  • Track content performance using a variety of tools translating insights into action.
  • Proofread and review content for clarity, grammar, and tone before publication.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and evolving content best practices.
  • Help drive paid media strategies by supporting campaign copy and content alignment.
What You Bring
  • Strong written and verbal Spanish & English communication skills (business-level proficiency required).
  • Proven experience in content creation for digital marketing, especially SEO-focused and lead-generating content.
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects from strategy to execution.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
  • Strong grasp of SEO best practices and tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Understanding of SaaS business applications like CRM, Marketing, Help Desk, or Project Management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Previous experience in social media content or ad copywriting is a bonus.
