Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing/communication, preferably B2B.
• Strong writing and visual communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented with a strong sense of style.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this versatile role, you will work alongside the Marketing & Communication Manager to enhance Bulsink’s visibility and positioning. You’ll contribute to strategic thinking and translate plans into concrete communication materials, campaigns, and content. You can easily shift between creative ideas and structured execution, and you know how to compellingly showcase the strengths of our family-owned company – to clients, potential partners, new colleagues, and current employees.

Contributing to marketing and communication strategies that drive growth and visibility

Identifying trends in construction and spotting opportunities within retail, office, and hospitality – and responding proactively

Strengthening Bulsink’s presence and brand identity in relevant (construction) channels and trade media

Content & Creation

Writing and publishing content such as news updates, client stories, blogs, and social media posts

Creating and/or coordinating visual content (photos, videos, presentations)

Supporting the development of communication tools and materials

Campaigns & Activation

Translating strategic plans into concrete marketing and communication campaigns

Creating visibility around completed projects, client success stories, and innovations within retail, office, and hospitality

Organizing and supporting client and internal events

Actively using social media, newsletters, and other channels

Strengthening Bulsink’s positioning through targeted communication about milestones, partnerships, and new projects

Collaborating with HR on job marketing and employer branding campaigns to attract and retain talent

Digital & Analysis (in collaboration with our digital agency)

Coordinating online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)

Optimizing SEO and organic reach

Reporting on results and adjusting campaigns based on data

YOUR PROFILE?

Bachelor’s degree level and 3–5 years of experience in marketing/communication (preferably B2B)
Strong writing and visual communication skills in both Dutch and English
You are proactive, independent, and creative
You have experience with tools like Google Ads and social media
You have a strong sense of style and tone of voice
You easily switch between strategy and execution
You are hands-on and solution-oriented
