Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and grow social media accounts; create and schedule posts.

About the Client

The client operates a growing property management business with a strong presence in the short-term rental and Airbnb market. Known for delivering high-touch hospitality and efficient operations, the business is expanding and seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support marketing, business development, and admin operations with an emphasis on long-term fit and growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Virtual Assistant with a background in Airbnb or hospitality management to support daily operations, marketing efforts, and business growth. This is a hybrid role requiring strong administrative, guest communication, and tech-savvy marketing skills. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to respond quickly outside of traditional business hours and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Business Development

  • Manage and grow social media accounts; create and schedule posts
  • Run ad campaigns to attract property owners and guests
  • Generate and qualify leads for property management services
  • Support listing creation and optimization across Airbnb and other platforms
  • Assist with onboarding new property owners, including creating welcome materials and digital guidebooks

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Communicate with guests via Airbnb or related platforms (timely, professional messaging)
  • Schedule cleanings and coordinate with housekeeping teams
  • Utilize CRMs like GoHighLevel (preferred) and StayFi (a plus)
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, owner data, and guest preferences
  • Monitor and assist with client and guest requests during evenings/weekends (as needed)

Qualifications

  • Experience in Airbnb, hospitality, or short-term rental operations is REQUIRED
  • Proven marketing and lead generation skills (social media, ads, outreach)
  • CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Highly responsive, flexible, and dependable
