Marketing Automation Specialist (Full-Time)

About InfoTrust

InfoTrust is a global, privately-owned consulting and solutions agency dedicated to unlocking the power of data to drive marketing performance and business growth. We specialize in digital analytics, media enablement, and privacy-centric solutions that help the world’s largest brands optimize their marketing strategies. Our culture is built on passion, ownership, diversity, trust, respect, and continuous growth—values that have earned us multiple "best places to work" awards, including a Great Place to Work certification and recognition as the #1 place to work in Ohio.

About this Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as “Pardot”) and Salesforce CRM. In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert responsible for building and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive demand generation, improve lead quality, and support the revenue team’s success. This is a high-ownership opportunity to take full control of campaign execution, automation, and lead management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and launch full-cycle marketing campaigns including emails, newsletters, segmentation lists, landing pages, and forms within Pardot.
  • Design and execute drip/nurture campaigns to move MQLs to SQLs and support the sales team’s ability to convert leads.
  • Enhance and maintain lead scoring, grading, and attribution models in Pardot and Salesforce to support effective reporting and decision-making.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure seamless integration and actionable insights from Pardot to Salesforce.
  • Create and manage dashboards and campaign reporting within Pardot and Salesforce to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the team to create campaigns using outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo.

You could be a great fit if:

  • You have deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (FKA Pardot) and Salesforce CRM and understand how the two are connected and support one another.
  • You’re highly skilled in campaign building—from segmentation to launch to reporting.
  • You understand marketing attribution models and how to translate insights into action.
  • You’re confident building automations, forms, and lead management flows independently.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for email marketing best practices and design.
  • You’re analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal direction.
  • You’re passionate about collaborating with sales and marketing stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

Bonus:

  • Experience using Apollo or other outbound prospecting platforms.
  • Familiarity with newsletter growth strategies and email list building.
  • Prior experience with AI-based lead scoring in Pardot.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress for landing page or content publishing.

You shouldn’t apply if:

  • You’re primarily a Salesforce CRM admin without deep Pardot/MCAE experience.
  • You prefer structured environments with detailed handoffs versus taking ownership and figuring things out.
  • You’re not comfortable working independently or managing campaign operations end-to-end.

Logistics:

We are a US-based company and have employees across the globe. We are excited to be expanding our candidate base to Mexico! We are looking for someone that is willing to work EST and ready to collaborate!

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
