We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Marketing Assistant to support the Creative Strategy Manager and our expanding team. This role extends beyond administrative tasks — you will be the operational backbone, ensuring smooth project progression, accurate data management, and technical support for creative initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include managing workflows, reporting on performance metrics, reviewing creative work for brand consistency, and driving operational excellence. If you are energized by enabling a creative team to operate more efficiently and precisely, this role is ideal for you.

How you will achieve success:

• Maintain and optimize project trackers and workflows (e.g., Process Street)
• Support submission and tracking of internal ticket requests
• Aggregate and report on KPIs for brands and internal performance
• Conduct quality checks for deliverables to ensure brand compliance and consistency
• Manage team calendars and department updates
• Assist with catalog and creative content audits across platforms
• Create and refine data spreadsheets and dashboards
• Provide ongoing technical and organizational support for creative projects

What experiences will help you in this role:

• Required:
