As a Marketing Apprentice, you will join a dynamic team, supporting operational activities related to marketing strategies. You will have opportunities to lead and develop innovative projects in collaboration with other departments and present them to company leaders. Our motto: "Take what you find here and make it better" - Eli Lilly. This role offers continuous learning and professional development to acquire new skills and experience.

Responsibilities

1. Support in creating and adapting marketing strategies
2. Manage internal communication campaigns with creative themes (sports, TV series, etc.)
3. Analyze data to optimize budget and cost-benefit of events
4. Manage and document marketing events
5. Coordinate with sales team, internal/external clients, and key national speakers (medical professionals)

Ideal Candidate:

• Studying Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business, or Marketing
• Have at least one year before graduation
• Available mornings
• Interested in working with the world's most valuable pharmaceutical company and its Mexican affiliate

• Highly organized, eager to learn tools like video editing and PDF editing
