We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Customer Acquisition Manager to join our team. The New Customer Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and acquire new customers for our products/services. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of customer acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful customer acquisition campaigns and achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives and target market segments.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns to drive qualified leads and new customer acquisitions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation initiatives across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, partnerships, and other relevant platforms.
- Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize conversion funnels, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to inform strategic decisions and refine acquisition tactics.
- Budget Management: Manage the acquisition budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of acquisition efforts across the organization.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
