The Opportunity

The Loyalty Associate Marketing Manager leads the consumer engagement strategy within PMF, focusing on long-term planning and short-term implementation of our consumer lifetime value and loyalty programs within our digital ecosystem. The goal is to maximize consumer lifetime value, create engaging 1:1 experiences through data and technology, and accelerate business growth while building advocates for our brand initiatives and programs.

Your Impact

Your scope as Brand Associate Manager includes:

  • Leading the loyalty strategy across platforms, demonstrating value through data collection and increased consumer lifetime value.
  • Consolidating the consumer ecosystem vision and enhancing technological capabilities.
  • Achieving data acquisition and activation goals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and external partners to deliver value through technology and data.
  • Managing budget planning and execution.
  • Partnering with brands to involve them actively in the loyalty ecosystem, demonstrating value and building trust, and managing PEP assets.
  • Aligning strategies with local, regional, and global teams to ensure optimal negotiations.
  • Supporting the annual operating plan (AOP) process for functional and marketing areas.
  • Developing and executing platform brand strategies and positioning it as a digital product.
  • Implementing data-driven loyalty strategies to generate brand advocates.
  • Creating consumer value propositions to retain customers.
