The Opportunity
The Loyalty Associate Marketing Manager leads the consumer engagement strategy within PMF, focusing on long-term planning and short-term implementation of our consumer lifetime value and loyalty programs within our digital ecosystem. The goal is to maximize consumer lifetime value, create engaging 1:1 experiences through data and technology, and accelerate business growth while building advocates for our brand initiatives and programs.
