The Opportunity

The Loyalty Associate Marketing Manager leads the Consumer Engagement team, focusing on the strategy for loyalty and consumer engagement within PMF. This includes developing long-term plans and short-term implementations of our digital ecosystem, aiming to maximize lifetime value, create personalized experiences through data and technology, and accelerate business growth.

Your Impact

Your scope as Brand Associate Manager includes:

  • Delivering the loyalty strategy across platforms, demonstrating value through data collection and consumer lifetime value growth.
  • Consolidating the consumer ecosystem vision and enhancing technological capabilities.
  • Achieving data acquisition and activation goals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and external partners to deliver value via technology and data.
  • Managing budget planning and execution.
  • Inspiring brand teams to participate actively in the loyalty ecosystem, building trust and managing brand assets.
  • Aligning strategies with local, regional, and global teams for optimal negotiations.
  • Supporting the annual operating plan (AOP) process.
  • Creating and executing platform branding and positioning strategies.
  • Developing data-driven loyalty strategies to foster brand advocates.
  • Defining the consumer value proposition to enhance retention.
