Job Brief

Location: St Martin

Join our worldwide presence in the yacht charter and sales industry, reinforcing our marina structure in the BVI. This role reports directly to the base manager and collaborates with operational, finance, administrative, and commercial teams.

Main Duties

• Perform major and specialized mechanical overhaul and repair on gasoline and marine engines, outboard motors, and related systems using schematic charts and manuals.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs for marine engines and equipment.
• Test marine engines and equipment to identify repair or adjustment needs.
• Assist in equipment fabrication and monitor equipment operation to detect issues.
• Document inspection, testing, and work performed.
• Replace worn or defective mechanical parts.
• Disassemble and inspect motors to locate defective parts with mechanic's tools and gauges.
• Monitor motors and cooling systems for efficiency.
• Repair and replace water makers.
• Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair.
• Adjust generators and replace faulty wiring; repair electrical circuits.
• Manage annual yacht maintenance plans.
• Assist operations in hurricane season preparations.

Additional duties may be assigned in related companies.
