Qualifications

• 5+ years of USMCA/NAFTA compliance experience in a maquiladora or IMMEX environment.
• Strong knowledge of US Harmonized Tariff Schedule & Annex 401.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure lens products meet USMCA tariff shift criteria.
• Maintain traceability of materials from receipt to export.
• Design internal control systems and perform audits.
