Vertiv Co is seeking a skilled training professional to enhance workforce readiness in a manufacturing setting. You will design and deliver technical training, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and scalable learning solutions across production lines. Ideal candidates bring experience in manufacturing training, LMS administration, and instructor leadership to support cost reduction and yield

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, training, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams.
• Experience delivering technical training in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute technical training programs that improve line performance, throughput, and adherence to standardized work.
• Support reduction of training-related performance gaps impacting productivity and output.
• Ensure consistent deployment of training plans across production areas.
• Deliver training aligned to ISO, internal quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready training records with full traceability.
• Identify skill gaps contributing to scrap, rework, and inefficiencies at the operational level.
• Utilize LMS and eLearning platforms to deliver scalable and standardized training.
• Coordinate cross-training to improve workforce coverage and flexibility.
• Deliver safety training aligned to OSHA and internal standards.
• Supervise and coach instructors to ensure effective delivery.
