Responsabilidades

• Gather, consolidate, analyze, and report core metrics, KPIs, and operational targets for manufacturing operations.
• Design, implement, and sustain training programs for hourly and administrative personnel.
• Assist onboarding systems to set new team members up for success.
• Develop and monitor skill assessment plans to identify gaps and actionable development actions.
• Partner with operations and leadership to identify training needs and remove skill barriers.
• Update HPT processes, procedures, and scorecards to support consistent execution and improvement.
• Deliver training and promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and open communication.
• Monitor training effectiveness and share insights to improve productivity and capability.
