Johnson Controls is seeking a Training & HPT Specialist to support manufacturing operations by building training programs, onboarding systems, and skill assessments that raise day-to-day performance. You will gather and report KPIs, collaborate with operations, and drive continuous improvement on the floor.

The role emphasizes close teamwork, accurate record-keeping, and effective cross-functional communication to ensure safety, accountability, and rapid skill development across shifts.

Formación

• University degree and 1 year of suggested minimum experience, or a 2-year degree and 6 years of suggested minimum experience.
• Proficient knowledge of training methodologies and tools, including classroom training and on-the-job training.
• Experience gathering, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting operational metrics, KPIs, or similar performance data.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with global training standards and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, consolidate, analyze, and report core metrics and KPIs for manufacturing operations.
• Support design, implementation, and sustainment of training programs for hourly and administrative personnel.
• Help build onboarding systems and skill assessment plans.
• Identify training needs and remove barriers to skill development across departments and shifts.
• Update processes, scorecards, and training records to improve productivity.
