Johnson Controls in Apodaca, Mexico, is seeking a Training & HPT Specialist to improve manufacturing training and performance. You will design and sustain programs for hourly and administrative staff, develop onboarding, and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring a university or 2-year degree, solid training methodology knowledge, and strong analytical/communication skills in English for a global environment.
