You will manage LMS-based training, track performance metrics, and mentor instructors to elevate workforce readiness.

The role emphasizes cross-training, safety, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, training, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams.
• Experience delivering technical training in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute technical training programs that improve line performance, throughput, and adherence to standardized work.
• Deliver training aligned to ISO, internal quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready training records with full traceability.
• Identify skill gaps contributing to scrap, rework, and inefficiencies at the operational level.
• Support deployment of training related to automation, digital tools, and manufacturing systems.
