What do you get to do in this position?

• Responsible for the strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing/production, including basic maintenance processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and report risks related to health, safety, quality, and environment, including incidents and near misses.
• Know and suggest improvements for standard operating procedures.
• Ensure operation quality by controlling and respecting standards.
• Apply escalation procedures for deviations in safety, environment, quality, or performance.
• Record barriers and performance metrics accurately in Red/Green follow-up.
• Deliver offline training sessions.

Qualifications

This job might be for you if:

• You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• You have 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You possess Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• You are familiar with Root Cause Analysis tools.
• You have knowledge of Core Tools.
