Bosch is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mexico to ensure efficient operation of production lines by managing KPIs, monitoring the production plan, and coordinating shift handovers.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure certification attainment, and enforce safety and quality standards across the area.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–7 years of experience.
• English: Intermedio/Avanzado.
• KPI proficiency expected.
• Bosch Production System (BPS): Expert.
• Production scheduling & QA expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily and weekly production plan execution, coordinate with support areas to resolve deviations.
• Define strategies to ensure operators obtain required certifications.
• Verify documentation, work instructions, and records are updated and followed.
• Lead Gemba walks and DMM board meetings to review performance and drive action plans.
• Monitor recurring failures, document incidents, and trigger corrective actions.
• Follow up on IDC actions to ensure preventive measures are implemented.
• Address disciplinary cases professionally and provide constructive feedback.
• Apply BPS tools to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate effective shift handovers with key information and priorities.
• Participate in improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, efficiency.
• Implement corrective actions from audits/incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Supervise daily operations ensuring quality, safety, process, and housekeeping standards.

Ensure the efficient performance of production lines by controlling key indicators, monitoring the production plan, confirming documentation, tracking faults, managing certifications, and implementing corrective actions and improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with operational standards, team discipline, and proper coordination during shift change.

Main Responsabilities.

• Oversee the execution of the daily and weekly production plan, ensuring targets are met on time and coordinating with support areas to resolve any deviations.


• Define and implement strategies to ensure operators obtain the required certifications according to production needs.


• Verify that all operational documentation, work instructions, and records are updated, available at the workstation, and correctly followed by associates.


• Lead and actively participate in Gemba walks and DMM board meetings to review performance, identify issues, and drive action plans.


• Monitor recurring failures or process interruptions, document incidents, and elevate issues to trigger timely corrective actions.


• Track and follow up on IDC actions to ensure proper closure and implementation of preventive measures.


• Address disciplinary cases professionally and provide constructive feedback to employees to maintain performance and workplace standards.


• Ensure the correct application of BPS tools and methodologies on the production floor to drive standardization and continuous improvement.


• Coordinate effective shift handovers by communicating key information, open issues, and priorities to ensure operational continuity.


• Participate in and lead improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.


• Implement and monitor corrective actions derived from audits, incidents, or performance deviations to prevent recurrence.


• Supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to quality, safety, process, and housekeeping standards across the production area.

• Bachelor's Degree
