Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Leads the activities of the manufacturing department in accordance with work instructions and company policy to ensure highest quality products are delivered on time.
2. Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees within established guidelines and timeframe.
3. Implements and maintains safety and housekeeping standards as required by law and by company policy.
4. Coaches and provides technical expertise to resolve processing issues and ensures that corrective actions are implemented.
5. Creates a high morale workplace with the highest ethical standards.
6. Utilizes problem solving techniques, teambuilding strategies, process controls, and continuous improvement tools to meet or exceed company productivity and quality key performance indicators.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
2. 4+ years of similar work experience
3. Ability to manage, prioritize, and direct multiple tasks to achieve goals
4. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing tools implementation
5. Mechanically minded and quality mindset
6. Leadership Skills
7. Time availability
8. Highly organized
9. Proficient in the use of MS Office
10. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
