We are currently hiring for the position of:

Manufacturing Senior Specialist

This role ensures production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of performance and quality. The specialist oversees activities within the Manufacturing Department related to processing materials and manufacturing products. The role also supports safety initiatives and compliance training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and employee engagement.
• Understand and monitor key performance indicators to support business growth.
• Support all production and quality activities to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist in achieving daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
• Contribute to the annual budget plan and work towards meeting financial goals.
• Ensure assembly products meet or exceed profit objectives.
• Align production with forecasts and optimize labor expenses.
• Promote safety in the workplace and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods, process improvement, equipment production, and systems integration.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, with intermediate to advanced spoken and written skills.
