You will leadthe production operations in the Plant and delivering key performance targets(SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented and is fully effectiveand you will strive to build a high performing organization.

Responsible for managing the material, financial, and human resources for 50% of the Puebla plant's operations.
It is responsible for compliance with safety, quality, and security standards and internal controls as fundamental to the operation to ensure ZERO incidents and/or deviations.
In terms of delivery and cost, it is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of the production plan at the lowest cost, using the following key indicators: CTS (Compliance to Schedule), GE (Global Efficiency), CC (Conversion cost): USD/Ton.
The leadership profile expected for this position is Servant Leadership, with the ability to manage a large group of people to achieve the results expected by the business in the aforementioned indicators, with a reporting indirectly.
This position is responsible for managing the entire manufacturing department through IL6S, leading the AM (Autonomous Maintenance)
Education/Certifications: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
TPM/WCM certification desirable/Master's degree in business administration desirable
At least 5 years of professional experience in a management position/Management expertise in functional roles (HSEQ, Maintenance, Planning, etc.) desirable
Knowledge of manufacturing management through continuous improvement methodologies TPM / IL6S / WCM
Essential experience in dealing with unions
