Henkel ibérica portugal, unipessoal, lda located in Guadalajara, Mexico, seeks a detail-oriented Programmer to support manufacturing operations through effective production planning and scheduling. You will develop and maintain production schedules across Mixing, Semi-Finished Goods, and Packaging operations to maximize line capacity and align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Manufacturing Planning or Production Scheduling in an industrial setting.
• Experience in Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, or similar manufacturing industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules for Mixing, Semi-Finished Goods, and Packaging operations.
• Schedule lines based on demand, material availability, capacity and constraints.
• Monitor daily adherence and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and remove bottlenecks.
• Balance production line capacity to optimize throughput and service levels.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and other stakeholders on priorities.
• Analyze performance and schedule attainment, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate planning data and generate reports using planning and BI tools.
• Support inventory management and supply continuity through planning practices.
