Henkel is seeking a detail-oriented Programmer to support manufacturing operations through effective production planning and scheduling. You will develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules for Mixing, Semi-Finished Goods, and Packaging, ensuring optimal resource utilization and alignment with business priorities.

You will work with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and other teams to maximize line capacity, drive continuous improvements, and ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in Manufacturing Planning, Production Scheduling, or Supply Planning within an industrial environment.
• Experience in Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, or similar manufacturing environments.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced Power BI skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules for Mixing, Semi-Finished Goods, and Packaging operations.
• Schedule production lines based on demand requirements, material availability, production capacity, and operational constraints.
• Monitor daily adherence to production plans and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Balance production line capacity to optimize throughput, resource utilization, and service levels.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and other stakeholders to align on production priorities.
• Analyze production performance and schedule attainment, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate planning data and system information for decision-making.
• Generate reports and performance analyses using planning and BI tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency.
• Support inventory management and supply continuity through effective planning practices.
