Lear Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Production Team Leader (M2) to oversee production activities including planning, directing and monitoring to meet specifications, schedules, costs and quality. You will coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply to allocate resources and minimize downtime.

The role focuses on leading a professional team, setting clear goals, and maintaining adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards to drive productivity and quality.
