Job Description

Main Objective

Responsible for planning, developing, updating, and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines. Fulfill security, quality, delivery, and cost requirements within the manufacturing area responsible for producing Fuel Modules.

What challenges will you have?

1. Analyze and implement new projects by interpreting specifications, designs, and line capabilities.
2. Define, develop, optimize, and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
3. Reduce downtimes in production by leading Continuous Improvement Processes and Problem Solving to minimize losses.
4. Create and update necessary production documentation (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagrams, control plans, etc.).
5. Ensure all manufacturing requirements for the safety of production lines are met.
6. Provide correct tool specifications and implement necessary tooling changes to ensure continuity and quality during production.
7. Develop quality assurance processes using appropriate quality tools.
8. Meet targets for scrap and failure costs to ensure process efficiency.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

1. Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
3. Advanced proficiency in English.

Technical Knowledge

1. Lean manufacturing principles.
2. Problem Solving using the 8D Methodology.
3. Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP).
4. XR Control Chart knowledge.
