El candidato ideal tendrá un enfoque analítico y experiencia en la optimización de procesos de manufactura. Se valorará la capacidad de comunicación y la mentalidad de mejora continua, así como la experiencia en la industria automotriz.

Formación

• Ingeniero con 3 a 5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz.
• Nivel de inglés avanzado requerido.
• Enfoque estructurado y analítico.

Responsabilidades

• Responsable de planificar y optimizar métodos de manufactura.
• Liderar el proceso de mejora continua y resolver problemas en la producción.
• Crear y actualizar documentación necesaria para la producción.

Job Description

Main Objective

Responsible for planning, developing, updating, and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines.

Fulfill security, quality, delivery, and cost requirements within the manufacturing area responsible for producing Fuel Modules.

What challenges will you have?

• Analyze and implement new projects by interpreting specifications, designs, and line capabilities.
• Define, develop, optimize, and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
• Responsible for reducing downtime in production: lead the Continuous Improvement Process and problem-solving efforts to reduce losses in the manufacturing process.
• Create and update the necessary documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagrams, control plans, etc.).
• Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of production lines.
• Provide correct tool specifications and implement required changes in tooling to ensure continuity and quality during production.
• Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.
• Ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process by meeting targets for scrap and failure costs.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic.
• From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Advanced English level.

Technical Knowledge
