Parker Hannifin is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes across multiple product lines. The role emphasizes safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, with leadership of cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Engineering.

Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, supporting NPI activities, and ensuring SOPs and PFMEA are up to date.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or equivalent).
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specs.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Work Instructions.
• ERP/MRP experience preferred; CAD knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production and quality issues.
• Design and update SOPs, process flows, and work instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support NPI activities including process validation, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Evaluate tooling, fixtures, equipment, and automation solutions.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and line balancing.
• Analyze manufacturing data and KPIs to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Provide technical training to operators and production staff.
• Support capital expenditure projects including equipment selection and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
