Robert Bosch Group in Toluca is seeking an engineer to plan, develop, update, and optimize manufacturing processes for assigned lines. You will lead Lean and 8D Problem Solving efforts, implement core tools like FMEA and PPAP, and ensure tooling and safety requirements are met in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, reducing downtime, improving quality, and driving efficiency. Advanced English is required for cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic.
• 1–3 years experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Advanced English level.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• FMEA, Control Plan, SPC and PPAP knowledge.
• 8D problem solving methodology.
• XR Control Chart knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes per specs and targets.
• Reduce production downtime by leading continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Create and update production documentation (FMEA, flow diagrams, control plans).
• Meet manufacturing safety requirements for the lines.
• Provide correct tool specifications and tooling changes for continuity and quality.
• Develop quality assurance processes using essential quality tools.
• Ensure efficiency by achieving scrap and cost targets.
