A leading automotive manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Toluca, Mexico. You will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing production downtimes, and ensuring quality standards. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree and have some experience in the industry. Advanced English and skills in Lean manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies are essential.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong analytical and systematic approach.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Reduce down times and lead Continuous Improvement Process.
• Create and update production documentation.

Job Description

Main Objective

Responsible for planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines.

Fulfill the security, quality, delivery and cost requirements within the manufacturing area responsible.

What challenges will you have?

• Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
• Responsible for reducing down times on production: leadthe Continuous Improvement Process andProblem Solving for reducing losses in the manufacturing process.
• Create and update the required documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan, etc.).
• Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines.
• Provide the correct tool specificationsand the required changes in toolingsin order to ensure the continuity and qualityduring production.
• Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.
• Ensure the efficiencyof the manufacturing process by fulfilling the targets for scrap and failure costs

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
• Advanced English level
