Formación

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Specialist to support engineering and production activities. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, improve production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in line with automotive industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to support daily operations in manufacturing processes
  • Create and modify CNC programs (lathes, milling machines, machining centers).
  • Program and configure industrial robots (e.g., KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa).
  • Optimize machining and robotic operations for quality and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
  • Collaborate with local and global engineering and production teams during process implementation.
  • Troubleshoot machine and manufacturing processes

Qualifications:

  • Ability to be self-directed, working without any immediate supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical or engineering support role within an automotive or industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as stamping, injection molding, machining, or assembly.
  • Familiarity with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, etc.).
  • Proficient in technical drawing interpretation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
