Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree and significant experience within the automotive industry.

Formación

  • 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Manufacturing, Process or Quality Engineer.
  • Strong competencies in teamwork, negotiation, and conflict management.

Job Description

The Manufacturing process coordinator is responsible to maintain, control, develop and improve the steering gear manufacturing core processes in the plant.The Manufacturing Coordinator oversees daily production activities, ensuring smooth workflow, resource availability, and adherence to production schedules. This role acts as a link between production, maintenance, logistics and quality teams, ensuring that operations run efficiently while meeting safety and quality standards. He / She focuses on minimizing downtime, resolving production issues and improving overall manufacturing efficiency.

* Interface between international production and technology network (IPN/ ITR) and the plant manufacturing engineering groups

* Review and Audit core processes on a regular basis to ensure process and quality requirements are met

* Leading position in regards of process evaluation and decision making for parameter changes, process adjustments and PFMEA reviews

* Training and know how build up of maintenance and manufacturing engineering

* 3rd level support during interventions, 8Ds, problem solving for core processes

* Main focus on tightening, Joining, vision, dispensing (liquid seal + greasing)

Qualifications

Education: Engineering degree
Experience: from 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Manufacturing, Process or Quality Engineer
Competencies: Result oriented, proactivity, change management, team work, negotiation skills, leadership & conflict management.
