If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can orchestrate complex supply chains to deliver world-class results, this is the team for you.

Your Impact

As a Manufacturing Operations Fulfillment Project Manager, you will do more than just manage customer orders; you will help change the way the world works, lives, plays, and learns. You will be a key architect of our supply chain strategy, navigating the daily challenges of a dynamic global market to provide Cisco with a distinct competitive edge. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Technical, Supply, and Product teams throughout the entire product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) through sustaining and end-of-life. Your expertise will ensure that we balance supply and demand with surgical precision, protecting our revenue and improving the customer experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive order lifecycle management until shipment to customer and/or resolution for urgent shipment cases.
Build & Revenue Attainment
  • Track and manage Clear to Build (CTB) metrics through Go/No Go analytics, build plan attainment monitoring, and accurate weekly revenue projections.
DF Materials Management
  • Oversee PCBA and DF buy lead time analysis, materials shipment tracking for S/D coverage & materials shortage management.
  • Drive conversations with stakeholders on inventory optimization and conduct mitigation actions for excess & obsolete materials.
Metrics Accountability
  • Manage operational metrics including Customer orders recommits, On-time to build (OTB), Lead time to build (LTB), order aging and final rank adherence, while leading regular weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
Product Life Cycle Management
  • Participate on readiness reviews for NPI launches, converge on ramp-up transition into mass-production as well as manage End-of-Life (EOL) inventory mitigation and last-time builds.
Partner & Cost Management
  • Engage with Contract Manufacturer (CM) through operational assessment, scorecards, and product materials cost management.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong background in Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain analytics.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and global manufacturing models.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Communication: Native or professional-level English proficiency with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with customer order fulfillment, materials management and manufacturing processes.
  • Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse).
