Job based in Torreon, Matamoros, Coah. Torreon, I Plant, E-Systems division.

As Wiring Lead Prep Manager, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an international and growing environment reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Your Tasks Will Be

• Manage and coordinate manufacturing functions efficiently and effectively, ensuring that quality, safety, and cost are maintained at optimal levels.
• Manage material, capital, and human resources, ensuring their use at the maximum established capacity.
• Ensure the correct execution and fulfillment of the production plans in time and quality, maintaining the effective cost of the operation.
• Coordinate continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs across assigned resources and functional areas.
• Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel in charge.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan daily.
• Control absenteeism and turnover.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years as a Manufacturing Manager or Manufacturing Coordinator (Lead Prep) in the Automotive Wiring Harness Industry.
• Knowledge of automotive customer requirements, Q1 Ford, IATF 16949 standards.
• Advanced English level (desirable).
