Franklin Electric in Guadalupe, Mexico, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires aligning production with business objectives, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement within budget constraints.

The position reports to the Management department and involves collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality to achieve targets and elevate performance.

Formación

• At least 3 years in Manufacturing departments.
• Experience leading production supervisors and staff.
• Knowledge of quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and control manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and staff to achieve targets and continuous improvement.
• Enforce quality control procedures and collaborate with Quality to meet standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and optimize resources.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality to align goals.

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for aligning production goals with business objectives, optimizing resource utilization, maintaining safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and staff to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications by enforcing quality control procedures and collaborating with the Quality department.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
• Work closely with departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality to align production goals with company objectives.
