Formación

  • Green Belt / Black Belt Certification is desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral.

We are searching for the best talent for MANUFACTURING MANAGER.
Purpose:

Responsible for directing production activities for multiple manufacturing lines to deliver products that meet quality specifications and achieve or exceed service levels and cost targets, while ensuring employee safety and compliance with procedures, regulations, and policies.

You will be responsible for:
  1. Reviewing production schedules and coordinating resources to ensure timely delivery, complying with Quality System requirements.
  2. Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues that may hinder production, including material, personnel, equipment, and process challenges.
  3. Planning budgets and controlling expenses to meet financial targets.
  4. Identifying and leading cost reduction projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
  5. Implementing corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances, audit findings, CAPA, etc.
  6. Ensuring compliance with QSR, ISO, Environment, HS, and company procedures.
  7. Supporting new product introductions and process transfers.
  8. Developing and monitoring department metrics for performance improvement.
  9. Managing employee development, training, and performance recognition.
  10. Handling labor issues in coordination with HR.
  11. Conducting interviews, hiring, training, and managing workloads.
  12. Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance among staff.
  13. Maintaining compliance with all regulations and policies.
  14. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
  • Green Belt / Black Belt Certification, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma desirable.
  • At least 9 years of experience in the medical industry, with 5+ years in similar roles.
  • Experience with Quality Systems (ISO, QSR).
  • Ability to implement World Class Manufacturing practices including JJPS, Lean, Six Sigma, ME2.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of Operations Management, capacity planning, project management.
  • Financial acumen related to budgets and cost control.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
