Aptiv is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Mexico to coordinate Manufacturing Engineers, tooling engineers and technicians to develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes in stamping and plastic molding plants. Responsibilities include improving cycle times, coordinating new product launches, and maintaining preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate manufacturing engineers, tooling engineer and technicians to optimize processes and up-time.
• Lead maintenance programs to keep machinery and tooling in optimal condition.
• Develop and manage maintenance budget to meet annual targets.
