Corning Inc. in Reynosa, Mexico seeks an IT professional to provide manufacturing systems support and IMS hardware assistance to Corning IT and site leadership.

The role involves coordinating with IT service delivery and project teams to ensure on-time delivery of IT services. The ideal candidate has a technical IT degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Technical degree in an IT related field or combination of IT education and work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide manufacturing systems support, IMS hardware support and technical assistance to Corning IT and backup support for the Site Leader.
• Work with IT service delivery, project management, and functional/business resources to IT Support and Services on time.
• Participate in IMS Projects, IMS Infrastructure Support, including computers, printers, switches, servers and security.
• Interface with Corning IT to resolve issues.
• Communicate Infrastructure needs and issues to Site Leader, represents bridge between technology and business needs.
• Resolves problems with new and existing equipment.
• Bring IT Support to end user requests and projects.
