Corning Incorporated in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks a Manufacturing IT Support specialist to provide manufacturing systems support, IMS hardware assistance, and backup support for the Site Leader. You will collaborate with IT service delivery, project management, and facility resources to keep IT on track, participate in IMS projects, and resolve hardware issues for end users.

The role requires a technical IT degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, organization, and the ability to

Technical degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Good sense of timing.
Able to write clearly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
Effective organization with ability to handle changing priorities.
Good communications, interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate with IT service delivery, project management, and functional resources to IT Support and Services on time.
Participate in IMS Projects, IMS Infrastructure Support, including computers, printers, switches, servers and security.
Interface with Corning IT to resolve issues.
Communicate Infrastructure needs and issues to Site Leader, represents bridge between technology and business needs.
Resolves problems with new and existing equipment.
Bring IT Support to end user requests and projects.
