• Hands-on internal audit experience in manufacturing environments.
• Solid knowledge of SAP and data analytics.
• Ability to understand operational and production processes in depth, identify risks, and communicate findings to senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and supervise the annual internal audit plan across plants and corporate processes.
• Lead audits of operations, finance, compliance, and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate and supervise the Internal Audit team.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
• Audit key manufacturing and business processes: production, inventory, procurement, warehouses, maintenance, quality, accounts payable, fixed assets.
• Prepare executive audit reports with findings, risks, impact, and recommendations.
• Follow up on action plans and verify corrective actions.
• Review working papers, documentation, and overall audit quality.
• Participate in investigations of irregularities, fraud, or compliance issues.
• Promote data analytics, continuous auditing, and tech-enabled audit practices.
• Strengthen internal control, compliance, and risk culture.
• Present findings to senior management and Audit Committee.
• Develop understanding of plant operations to identify risks and improvements.
