Panasonic Ecology Systems de Mexico, S. A. de C.V. in Tijuana invites applications for a Manufacturing Intern to support project development, monitor ongoing projects, and drive Kaizen events within the production area.

The role includes 5S implementation, cost-reduction ideas, and ensuring safety procedures while providing general Manufacturing support in a temporary internship capacity.

Formación

• Student in final semesters of Industrial Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering or recent graduate (2024–2025).
• Must be able to commute to Otay area in Tijuana.
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Temporary position or temporary project.
• Preferably familiar with manufacturing processes and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Project Development (professional practice).
• Monitoring and validation of already implemented projects.
• Development and follow-up of the Quality Circle.
• Development and implementation of Kaizen events.
• 5S Program participation.
• Cost reduction ideas.
• Follow-up on countermeasures and industrial safety procedures.
• General support to the Manufacturing department.
