Schaeffler is inviting a current university student of Industrial Engineering to join as a Lean Improvement Intern in Puebla. You will identify and implement efficiency improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, enhancing production capacity.

Collaborating with multiple departments, you will help ensure sustainability and alignment with business goals while gaining valuable development opportunities in a global technology company.

Formación

• Currently enrolled as an active university student in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and increase production capacity applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure that improvements are sustainable and aligned with business unit objectives.
