Schaeffler in Mexico is offering an internship for an Industrial Engineering student to identify and implement Lean-based improvements in our manufacturing processes. You will apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques to optimize efficiency, reduce waste and increase production capacity.

Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure sustainability and alignment with business objectives while gaining hands-on experience in a global technology environment.

Formación

• Currently enrolled as an active university student in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and increase production capacity applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure that improvements are sustainable and aligned with business unit objectives.
