Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist for the Toluca plant. This role leads recruitment for hourly production roles, administers HR programs, and supports benefits and leave processes. Strong SME in attendance, payroll basics, and compliance is needed.

The successful candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while collaborating with leadership to meet staffing needs and ensure policy adherence across the site.

Formación

• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Capacity to understand people issues impacting the business and build relationships.
• Proven ability to influence others and reach agreements despite differing goals.
• Experience in project management, resource management, and strategic planning.
• Manufacturing/CPG experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for hourly roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for open positions.
• Partner with leadership to ensure timely staffing aligned to business needs.
• Ownership of new hire orientation including scheduling and logistics.
• Organize site participation in university recruitment, job fairs, career fairs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Assist with leave administration, accommodations and return to work processes.
• Oversee attendance management, including weekly tracking and reporting.
• Represent the organization at unemployment hearings and investigations.
• Assist with health benefits administration and COBRA rights as needed.
• Overseeing the off-boarding process and final paycheck preparation.
