Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting an Employee Health & Well-Being Shift Doctor to support the Sálvarcar site manufacturing site in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. This role will be based in Juarez, Mexico, focusing on the health of on-shift manufacturing staff.

The role leads medical surveillance, injury/illness reporting, and EMR documentation, coordinating with EHS, HR, and local agencies to ensure occupational health standards are met.

Qualifications

• Licensed doctor with a non-restricted license and a bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of work experience including clinic and occupational health in manufacturing.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care on shift with nurses, including medical surveillance and exams.
• Monitor medications and medical supplies; report discrepancies.
• Maintain medical records and EMR documentation.
• Support leaders in reporting injuries/illness and coordinate with EHS and IMSS.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health programs and safety policies.
