Stellantis Saltillo is seeking a Fire & Security Lead to manage all fire safety and security operations at the STLD facility. You will lead the security team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to protect people, assets and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, criminology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in security and fire safety in manufacturing.
• Experience in industrial security operations.
• Understanding and application of regulations and requirements.
• Strong knowledge of fire and security systems, codes, and technologies.
• Investigation skills and strong communication.
• Proficient in English and Spanish; leadership capability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inspection, testing and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international fire codes and Stellantis standards.
• Develop and maintain fire safety plans, evacuation procedures and emergency response.
• Lead fire risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate fire drills and emergency response for staff and brigades.
• Manage emergency contacts and coordination with authorities.
• Manage contracts and performance of external fire service providers.
• Supervise security personnel and enforce SOPs.
• Implement access control, CCTV, intrusion and perimeter protection.
• Conduct security audits, patrols and incident investigations.
• Lead response to security incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Support compliance with C-TPAT, AEO and other standards.
• Coordinate visitor, contractor and vendor access processes.
• Lead, train and evaluate team members including contractors.
• Develop KPIs and report on fire and security performance and improvements.
