Stellantisfinancialservices is seeking a Plant Wellbeing, Health and Safety (WHS) Coordinator based in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. This position is critical in implementing WHS processes to ensure compliance with regulations and corporate policies. You will lead and manage safety initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and lead projects aimed at safety improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience in safety within a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety, Environmental, Engineering within manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of WHS regulations.
• Fluent in English and availability to work shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee WHS training programs and assessments.
• Conduct regular audits of WHS processes.
• Analyze injury correlation and implement corrective actions.
• Manage equipment programs for safety compliance.
• Lead WHS projects to improve performance metrics.
