India is seeking a Fire & Security Lead in Saltillo, Coahuila, to manage fire safety and security operations on the production floor. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with international codes, and coordinate with local authorities and the regulatory environment.

The role requires collaboration across departments, development of safety plans, and active participation in budgeting for equipment and services. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, criminology, or related field.
• 5+ years in security and fire safety in manufacturing.
• Experience in industrial or large-scale security operations.
• Knowledge of fire and security systems, codes and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership and problem solving.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inspection, testing and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NOM, Stellantis fire standards.
• Develop and maintain fire safety plans and emergency procedures.
• Lead fire risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Coordinate fire drills and emergency response for staff.
• Manage contracts with external fire service providers.
• Supervise security personnel and enforce SOPs.
• Implement access control, CCTV and perimeter protection.
