Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead all facilities and infrastructure operations for a manufacturing site. You will ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective management of plant utilities, maintenance programs, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering relevant to facilities and maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years in facilities management or related fields in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and utilities management.
• Experience leading infrastructure projects and equipment installations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in Mexico.
• Experience managing contractors and facility-related contracts.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to ongoing infrastructure changes and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations, maintenance programs, and infrastructure systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted plant utilities including electrical, HVAC, and fire protection.
• Manage infrastructure projects, expansions, and equipment installations.
• Oversee contractor performance and outsourced facility services.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and business continuity.
• Drive capital projects focused on efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams.
• Manage site improvements while maintaining uninterrupted operations.
• Support risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and safety initiatives.
